We make our best efforts to package the products as best as we can for shipping and delivery.
All our cookies are perishable; therefore, all purchases will be final and non-refundable. There will be no refunds or exchanges for packages that have been lost in transit or for shipments that have been delayed due to weather-related issues or during the busy holiday season. Tartis LLC is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer.
Lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the recipient's address by our third-party delivery service (such as USPS / FEDEX / UPS, DHL, but not limited to) cannot be refunded nor exchanged. Tartis LLC is not responsible for online delivery packages in transit.
